Head Repair Man / Director & Co-Founder

Brendon brings 18 years of experience in composite boat building and caravan repairs to the team.

You'll often find him singing away in the workshop while tracking down the root cause of even the trickiest caravan issues. He loves the challenge of getting every caravan repaired and back on the road, ready for its next adventure.

When he's not in the workshop, Brendon is usually tackling one of the many DIY projects around home or heading out for a ride on his dirt bike with the kids.

Senior Technician / Workshop Manager 

Max joined the team over 18 months ago and, at just 27 years old, brings a wealth of knowledge in composite repairs and construction.

With just shy of 10 years boat building and caravan repair experience, he's our go-to expert for rot repairs and collision damage. Max also takes great pride in the general servicing and maintenance of every caravan that comes through the workshop, making sure it's watertight and ready for your next adventure.

When the tools are down for the weekend, you'll usually find Max on the golf course perfecting his swing or experimenting with new rubs, flavours, and cuts of meat on the smoker.

Office & Management Extraordinaire / General Manager

If it's happening in the office, chances are Terri's behind it! As the one-woman office team, she wears many hats—from reception and customer service to operations, payroll, health and safety, and everything in between.

Outside of work, you'll find Terri curled up with a good book, getting creative with a new craft project, or making memories with her young family.

Repair Technician

Otavio joined the team just over six months ago on a part-time basis and has already made a great impression with his meticulous workmanship.

Whether he's identifying tricky leaks, resealing a caravan, or giving a tired interior a new lease on life, Otavio's attention to detail ensures every repair is completed with care.

 Back home in Brazil, Otavio was involved in the family business, Itapoã, a well-established motorhome manufacturer. Working alongside his family gave him a strong foundation in camper construction and repairs from an early age. 

Outside the workshop, Otavio also works in alternative energy design and engineering and enjoys spending time with his family.

Trainee Repair Technician

As the newest member of the team, Matt has hit the ground running and is quickly building his knowledge of all things caravans.

He's fascinated by the detective work involved in finding hidden water leaks and seeing how something so small can cause extensive damage. Every day is an opportunity to learn new skills and gain hands-on experience in caravan repairs.

Outside the workshop, Matt enjoys videography, photography, and producing music—always finding a creative project to work on.

The 'Real' Boss - Addie

 Always making sure everyone's staying on task (or at least trying to!), Addie loves lending a helping hand—right up until the job becomes "too boring." Whether she's greeting customers, organising the office, or keeping everyone on their toes, it's always a pleasure having her around. 

The Class Clown - Harrison

 Harrison brings plenty of smiles wherever he goes. With his infectious grin and enthusiastic "I'll help!" attitude, he's always keen to pitch in... until the next big idea comes along—usually involving building the ultimate monster truck ramp. 

 You'll often spot these two around reception during the school holidays, making sure everyone's day is just a little brighter.
